Location
The Ace is located within Dallas’ Midtown Park redevelopment area at the corner of Meadow Road and Manderville Lane. Beginning in 2004, developers have been working to rebuild nine blocks of properties along Meadow Road and Manderville Lane, just east of U.S. Highway 75.
The area north of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. More than 2,500 aging apartments on the block were demolished to make way for new construction. Since then, developers including Wood Partners, Hanover Cos., Embrey partners,
Hines, Fairfield residential and the Kroenke Group have built thousands of new apartments and homes on the 83-acre Midtown Park Site.
